Event Support Specialist

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Event Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support for events, meetings, and office coordination for staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing facilities support services in a large and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to develop procedures and training materials
- Flexibility with tasks and roster to provide a customer-focused service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide event support services including logistics, planning, and coordination
- Support the Corporate Services & Facilities Management team with administration tasks such as maintenance, facility inspections, audits, and general support to facility staff, contractors, and tenants
- Develop procedures and training materials to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and develop/maintain effective stakeholder relationships
