Information Management Professional

This is an exciting role where you will support information management professionals to deliver specialist advice and systems support to internal customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely request fulfillment and identify opportunities for process improvement with a focus on self-service.
  • Take ownership of escalated customer enquiries or complaints as needed and bring the right people together to resolve incidents and problems.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders and reach beneficial outcomes.
  • Support staff to ensure technical knowledge is maintained and achieves business results.
  • Develop internal standards, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Support change and innovation initiatives as new records and information management approaches are adopted.

About the Team:

The Digital Workplace team ensures employees work effectively in a digital environment, managing information to be secure, accessible and well-governed. There are three teams: Customer Partnerships, Information Governance, and IM Systems.

Customer Focus:

A strong customer focus, solutions-based approach, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to present information clearly and foster effective working relationships are essential qualities required for this role.
