About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Security Administrator to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Security and Facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and enterprise security and facility requirements
  • Streamline documentation processes and assist security personnel with logistical and administrative duties
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers, programme teams, and Base Security personnel
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in Australian government security and the ability to interpret critical Commonwealth documents. You will also need to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security and Vetting Agency clearance.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can streamline processes and enhance the way we work. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
