We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in desktop support and be proficient in troubleshooting MS Office 365.
About the Role- This is a challenging opportunity for a self-starter who can excel in a multicultural environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, ensuring full compliance with corporate guidelines and standards.
- Provide technical support including training, mentoring, and acting as a subject matter expert for certain software groups.
- Analyze results to determine best system configuration and develop performance measures.
- Manage break/fix situations and installations of software upgrades.
- Local contact for Global IT teams to remove, install or replace server or other hardware as instructed.
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Desktop Support.
- Self-starter capable of excelling in multicultural environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong English written and verbal communications skills.
- MS Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Advanced level).
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
- Competent working with SCCM and packaged software installs.
- Good understanding of mobile devices and enterprise solutions that support them.
