Job Title: Interagency Therapeutic Needs Panel Coordinator
">Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Interagency Therapeutic Needs Panel Coordinator to join our CAMHS, Guardianship Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Therapeutic Needs Panel, facilitating meetings, triaging referrals, and ensuring timely therapeutic interventions for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring interagency collaboration to develop integrated care plans
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance on trauma, child development, and culturally sensitive practices
- Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Communicating effectively with panel members and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant degree qualifying for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers or registration as an Occupational Therapist or Psychologist
- Proven clinical experience managing complex child protection cases and delivering trauma-informed mental health interventions
- Strong skills in coordinating multi-agency teams
- Deep knowledge of developmental theory and neurobiology of trauma
