About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team at Charles Sturt University. As a Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and varied research projects, developing your skills and expertise in a unique and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support research project development and implementation, working closely with the Research Project Chief Investigator.
  • Contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of research studies, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including researchers, students, and community members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Completion of an honours level degree or at least half way through a Master of Philosophy in a relevant health field.
  • At least 2 years' subsequent relevant work experience as a research associate or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to support research project development and implementation.
  • High level communication skills, including excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven effective record keeping skills, including the ability to work accurately and with excellent attention to detail.
