We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Advisor to join our Quality & Service Division in Altona North. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Dealer network by providing expert assistance with warranty claims, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily operations of the Warranty Help Desk Team, providing support with claim compilation, submission, and escalations through the Warranty Support System (Salesforce) and phone.
- Manage Toyota claim rejections and responses related to cost recovery, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Develop and enhance Warranty Bulletins to guide the Dealer network on process improvements and best practices.
- Support the review and update of Policies and Toyota & Lexus Warranty Policies and Procedures manual (WPPM), ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of reporting systems, providing accurate and timely information for effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Automotive trade qualification or experience working in a warranty administration or advisor role.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and Dealer networks.
- Advanced skills in utilising the Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP and Salesforce experience highly regarded.
