We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance team at AU0927 Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd. As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in supporting the site's electrical maintenance requirements, working closely with the Electrical Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including breakdowns and preventive maintenance, during afternoon shifts.
- Support the site's electrical systems, including fault finding and repair of electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Team Leader to ensure effective maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical equipment to identify potential issues.
- PLC-Scada-HMI fault finding knowledge (Siemens S5-S7/Koyo)
- Instrumentation knowledge (Digital/Analogue)
- Fault finding of AC/DC Drives (Danfoss/Siemens/Parker)
- Solid knowledge of fault-finding control circuits with schematics
- Calibrating of instrumentation equipment
- Fault finding interconnected and closed loop circuits AC/DC
- Analogue / Digital process and control fault finding
- Manufacturing / Process Experience in an industrial environment
- Working on light to Heavy production equipment
- Faulting finding on process heating equipment
- Fault finding PLC's and Scada systems
- Machine installations, upgrades and commissioning
