Deliver premium dining experiences with elegant service, reflecting a bespoke approach. Assist in elevating and innovating service standards while expanding knowledge of wine, bar operations, and modern cooking techniques.
Responsibilities- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Process food and beverage orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate service with impeccable presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including polishing cutlery and tableware.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Current Victorian RSA.
- Previous experience in a similar premium dining role.
- Basic wine knowledge (WSET or similar is a plus).
- Ability to prepare classic cocktails.
- Availability for evening and late dinner service.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling.

- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
