About This Role

At Kennards Hire, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless transfer of hire equipment between branches and delivering exceptional service to valued customers.

This role requires prioritizing safety in every aspect of your work, from loading and securing equipment to delivering and picking up items.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service during every interaction
  • Strengthening relationships with customers, supporting them in their projects
  • Instructing and demonstrating the safe use of equipment to customers, ensuring their confidence and satisfaction
  • Conducting daily vehicle inspections to maintain our fleet in top condition
  • Utilizing mobility devices to streamline administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records to track equipment movements, deliveries, and returns

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to safe work practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license, manual preferred
  • The ability to pass a drug test
  • Strong experience in using mobility/technology devices
