Award rate $31.64 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance, ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly for their hard work and dedication.

Job Description:

As a Senior Support Worker for Seniors, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, personal care including getting our customers up, showered and dressed for the day, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, respite and emotional support, and social support and transport to appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role including experience with personal care
  • Caring about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and not take things personally
  • Availability to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday, no night or weekend work
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
