About the Role

As an Employment Coach at Endeavour Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with our team to provide tailored support and guidance to help our clients succeed in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice and showcase our range of services to people with disabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement to support our employees in achieving their NDIS employment goals.
  • Work with site managers to attract, recruit, and select supported employees, ensuring commercial operations are optimized.
  • Assist in collecting information for internal and external reporting, ensuring all obligations are met and audit requirements are completed.
  • Collaborate with site managers to review procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Support individual support planning and NDIS funding reviews, developing person-centered support activities relevant to the workplace.
Requirements
  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centered framework and apply social justice principles.
  • Flexibility and agility in the workplace, with the ability to move between priorities.
  • A genuine commitment to Endeavour Foundation's purpose and values, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using current MS Office programs.
  • Ability to engage with and collaborate effectively with external, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing people with disabilities.
Qualifications
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience are highly regarded.
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
  • NDIS clearance.
  • National Police Check clearance.
  • Mental Health First Aid is highly regarded.
