Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Complex Fire Safety Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of complex fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using industry software.
  • Oversee design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to deliver tailored fire protection solutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant accreditations as a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or C10 (fire safety) for fire protection design is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 7+ years of experience in designing fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian fire safety regulations, including AS 2118 and AS 2419.
