Job Context

This role is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team, responsible for leading the operational management of the NBA's ICT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security.

The successful candidate will lead projects as part of a program of change, implementing the NBA's ICT Strategy focused on modernisation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership and management to teams delivering operational management for the NBA's ICT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security.
  2. Lead projects as part of a program of change, implementing the NBA's ICT Strategy.
  3. Work closely with the Chief Information Officer and senior internal business stakeholders to build a shared understanding of expected outcomes.
  4. Manage competing priorities and provide quality advice and briefing.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a demonstrated record of quality service delivery, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to exercise initiative and judgement.
