Therapeutic Program Leader

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic leader to oversee the delivery of our integrated therapeutic program.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure clinical governance, adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the therapeutic team, promoting best-practice treatment planning and delivery.
- Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care through individual, group, and family therapy.
- Maintain client outcomes and program effectiveness using tools like Novopsych.
- Support intake, assessment, case review, and discharge processes.
- Identify and manage clinical risk, collaborating with the General Manager on quality and safety initiatives.
- Work closely with medical and nursing staff for holistic client support.
- Contribute to program development, strategic planning, and external stakeholder engagement.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work (Mental Health), or a related field.
- Current registration with AHPRA, PACFA, ACA AMHSW, or another relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum five years of clinical experience in mental health and/or AOD treatment.
- Minimum two years in a clinical leadership or supervision role.
