About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and automate network infrastructure across multiple global data centers.
  • Drive scaling of current network designs to meet customer demand.
  • Create simple, repetitive deployment processes that increase velocity and quality.
  • Work closely with internal customers to design and implement network solutions.
  • Develop and maintain network standards and ensure compliance.
  • Automate workflow and execution of deployments on a global scale.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in large-scale networking environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with internet routing protocols and concepts.
  • 2+ years of experience with automation via scripting and programming.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with network operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
