As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of vehicles, coordinating with sales consultants, and ensuring efficient movement of vehicles into stock and expedite delivery to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage stock swaps within the dealer network.
  • Sourcing vehicles to fill Vehicle Purchase Contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery process with Sales Consultants in conjunction with Pre-Delivery and the Sales Management teams.
  • Communicate and coordinate tasks with relevant state offices.
  • Maintain all swapped units for both branches through Mazda Finance System and complete required administrative documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external franchisees and the brand dealer network.
  • Ensure efficient movement of vehicles into stock and expedite delivery to customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous stock control experience in a vehicle dealership is essential.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Knowledge of Pentana (ERAnet & ERAlink) is highly desirable.
  • Registration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks.
