Join our team as a Home Support Caregiver and make a real difference in people's lives
About the RoleThis position involves providing domestic assistance to elderly clients, enabling them to live independently at home. Tasks will include cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care services.
- We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, toileting, and medication management
- Supporting clients with transportation and mobility needs
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and services provided
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- A current Australian Driver's Licence with your own vehicle (sorry, no international licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a bonus but not essential)
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
This role offers:
