Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud and security solutions to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on working with customers to design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure. This includes providing expert advice on AWS security and compliance projects, leading client meetings, and developing technical solutions that meet the agreed scope and industry standards.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with clients to deliver cloud security and compliance projects
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on AWS security best practices
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements
  • Author high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and communication
  • Manage client expectations, relationships, and service delivery
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications and/or hands-on experience with AWS
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting cloud services, preferably in a consulting firm or large technology company
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, firewalls, and security best practices
  • Expertise in migrating workloads to AWS and VMC on AWS
  • Solid understanding of networking and cloud connectivity
  • Proficiency in automation, DevSecOps toolchains, Infrastructure as Code, and scripting languages like Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell
