Our organization seeks a skilled and dedicated Carpentry Trainer to deliver exceptional learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a supportive, learner-focused environment that fosters engagement and motivation among students.
• Make informed assessment judgments on the skills and knowledge of learners, determining their competence effectively.
• Maintain accurate training records with meticulous attention to detail for assigned course participants.
• Offer support, encouragement, and compassion to course participants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Carpentry, demonstrating expertise in theoretical and practical foundations.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor learners, promoting their growth and development.
• Experience working with diverse client groups, showcasing cultural competence and adaptability.
• Current industry experience and computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective documentation and interaction.
• Ability to accurately complete required documentation within specified time frames.

• CPC30211 - Certificate III In Carpentry
• TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
