Transformation Health Programs Lead

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Health Programs Lead to oversee large-scale, complex health programs that drive measurable impact on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary teams to structure, manage, and deliver portfolios of health programs aligned to strategic objectives.
- Translate strategic assessments into actionable roadmaps, establishing strong governance frameworks and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Oversight of program dependencies, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Program & Project Management Expertise – PRINCE2 certification (highly desirable), with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Health Sector Knowledge – Deep understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and digital health transformation.
- Leadership & People Management – Proven ability to lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
