About the Role:

  • Provide clinical leadership to our team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement therapy programs that address the needs of disabled infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with disorders affecting motor, cognitive, and behavioural skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist, preferably in paediatric disability.
  • Registration with AHPRA and relevant certifications.
  • Ability to create a safe, professional, and supportive environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
