About the Role

Merivale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cellar Operations Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Cellar team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cellar leadership strategies to drive business results
  • Manage cellar operations, including inventory control, stock management, and supply chain logistics
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of cellar staff, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cellar operations, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
