About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Systems Administrator. You will be responsible for supporting Citrix environments, within contracted time frames and service level agreements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix and NetScaler technologies, as well as experience in Windows Server Systems Administration. They will also possess excellent communication and customer focus skills.

You will be part of our dynamic team, working collaboratively across locations to provide technical solutions and support to our customers.

Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
