The Role

We are seeking a skilled Track/Civil Site Engineer to join our Rail Operations team based in Laverton North, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with design process coordination, working with project engineers to deliver work packages, and planning and programming requirements for assigned work packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with design process coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Work with project engineers to deliver work packages, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations
  • Plan and program requirements for assigned work packages, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Contribute to quality and surveying activities to ensure projects meet client requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a site engineer role, preferably in rail construction or civil engineeringA degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience with managing contractor models and working with tier 1 or 2 contractorsStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
