Personal Care Support Professional

This role involves providing person-centred care and support to help individuals live independently, travelling between their homes and assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements.

  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompts
  • Assisting with domestic tasks like light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social support and transportation, including social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
  • Supporting individuals with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent, and meet all the required skills and qualifications listed below.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
