Permanent Educator Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and engaging permanent educator to join our team.

This role is designed for those who want a career in education with the job security of a permanent contract.

You will help design and implement daily activities for primary-aged children, preparing healthy snacks to keep everyone energized.

Responsibilities include building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community.

The successful candidate will possess a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent, hold a valid Blue card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.

Required availability includes split shifts between 7:00 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for career growth through internal promotions and study pathways, plus access subsidised Diploma qualifications for eligible staff.

Apart from competitive above-award hourly rates on a permanent contract, you can also look forward to split shift allowances when working Before School Care & After School Care, or attending team meetings outside of shifts.
