Job Title: Beauty Advisor/Artist Traveling Demo

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team as a traveling demo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has excellent makeup and artistry skills.

About the Role:

This role involves traveling to various locations to demonstrate products and provide personalized customer service to customers. You will be working closely with our in-store teams to drive business and ensure that our brand image and standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service by educating customers on the brand and product.
  • Demonstrate products on customers and explain the benefits of each product and develop personal relationships with customers to gain loyalty.
  • Participate in events in-store to drive business, ensuring the theme of the event/activity is on-brand at all times.
  • Ensure the Too Faced space is merchandised and kept clean and tidy at all times to comply with the brand image and standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand's products and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Excellent makeup and artistry skills.
  • Be teamwork-oriented with the ability to work in a selling, goal-driven environment.
