Electrical Engineering Director

As a senior engineering leader, you will provide strategic direction and technical oversight for electrical engineering within our Building Services team. Your leadership skills and expertise will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives, overseeing complex building services projects, and managing a high-performing electrical engineering team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and grow the Building Services division in Perth. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and have Chartered status (CPEng) and Engineers Australia membership preferred. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management in a consulting environment are essential, as is excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
