Customer Service Role

This is an opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment where you will be the first point of contact for many customers.

You will assist with placing orders, finding products and providing support to customers. This role involves working closely with our sales reps and sales manager to ensure customers are well looked after and systems stay up-to-date.

The key responsibilities of this role include answering inbound phone calls and taking orders, building trusted relationships with regular customers, responding to emails and product enquiries, processing orders accurately using internal software, onboarding new customers and assigning to sales reps, liaising with sales reps and managers to resolve service issues and maintaining accurate customer and product records.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and stays composed under pressure. You should be able to multitask, stay organised and build rapport with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a helpful attitude
  • Confident using computers, with good typing speed and accuracy
  • Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
