Job Title: Veterinary Insurance Advisor

">Veterinary Insurance Advisor Job Description:

The Product and Pricing division is dedicated to designing and delivering innovative general insurance products that meet customer needs and stakeholders' requirements.

This role involves being the first point of contact for Underwriting referrals and approvals. Utilizing knowledge of veterinary terminology alongside strong communication & interpersonal skills, you will perform daily tasks within the Manual Underwriting Team.

We seek an individual with:

  • Excellent knowledge of veterinary terminology and/or pet insurance product
  • Veterinarian or veterinary nurse qualification and experience is highly desirable
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team to achieve team goals
  • Self-motivated and resilient with sound business judgment and a strong customer-focus
