**Job Description:**

At Aspirante, we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business process improvements, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop current and future state process maps to inform and support the development of products and services.
  • Analyze business processes and information flows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders using existing channels and representative groups or establishing new channels to effectively capture user needs and obtain a deep understanding of business problems/opportunities.
  • Identify and define measures that can be used to baseline and track both quantitative and qualitative business benefits.
  • Communicate change impacts to program and stakeholders.
  • Produce artefacts to support change and communication activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (5+ years) in a business analysis or analytical role in a complex project environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Mapping and Process Analysis using relevant Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN 2.0).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Sound analytical and conceptual skills, strong attention to detail, logical approach to problem-solving, and investigative mind.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and engaging approach, including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate, and influence with a broad range of stakeholders.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
