We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of low to high and palliative care, excellent time management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and resolve situations autonomously.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide person-centered care that maintains dignity, independence, individuality, and freedom of choice
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their personal needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

- Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Current police certificate and NDIS worker screening check
- Current Covid-19 vaccination including booster
