We are seeking an experienced Winemaker/Manager to lead our winemaking operations, overseeing the production of high-quality wines from our Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale estates.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the winemaking team, ensuring the production of high-quality wines that meet our brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving wine quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with our viticulturist to ensure optimal grape yields and quality.
  • Manage site stewardship of our estate vineyard in Piccadilly Valley, ensuring sustainable practices and minimizing environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Oenology.
  • 10 years relevant experience in winemaking, including leadership or management roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wine production processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
