Job Opportunity: Contract Cleaning Services

Integrated Programme Services is seeking Expressions of Interest from established contractors with a registered ACN and GST business.

The successful contractor will need to demonstrate experience and capacity in controlling and servicing multiple sites while maintaining a business-to-business relationship.

All written contracts/agreements will specify:

  • Specifications/scope
  • Invoice payment terms
  • Service frequencies
  • Key job responsibilities
  • Indemnity & warranties
  • Insurance & others

To be a successful contractor, you will need to:

  • Be registered for GST
  • Be an established PTY LTD company
  • Regularly supervise and control your own teams
  • Maintain a team of experienced cleaners
  • Provide your own equipment

Required qualifications include:

  • Contract cleaning experience: 5 years (required)

Licence/certification required:

  • Australian National Police Check (required)

Job types: Subcontract, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
