About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.
  • Inform guests about our loyalty programs and their benefits, as well as our product offerings.
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA compliance.

Requirements

  • You are great with people, detail, and communication, and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • You hold a current RSA certificate.
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are – we're known for our people.
