We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive and integrated mental health services across our multi-disciplinary Local Health Network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to consumers across community, acute, and rehabilitation service settings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health promotion and community development programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Must hold a current practicing certificate.
- Must be enrolled or willing to enrol in further postgraduate studies within Mental Health practice.
