**Job Title:** Play Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor play centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive environment for all members and staff, as well as developing and implementing engaging programs and activities to enhance visitor experience and promote active lifestyles.

This is a full-time role with an annual salary of $85,000 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the centre's daily operations, including staff scheduling, facility upkeep, and customer service.
  • Evaluate and implement health, safety, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors and staff.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities to drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff, providing training and professional development opportunities to foster a motivated team.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including attendance, financial reports, and safety logs.
  • Buid and maintain positive relationships with visitors, staff, and the wider community to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the recreation, hospitality, or customer service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement programs to drive customer engagement and business growth.
