Job Description

This permanent position presents a chance to utilise your expertise in subcontract management and procurement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level guidance and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring the maintenance of rigorous procurement standards across multiple projects.
  • Creating subcontract requirements, preparing tender packages, conducting thorough analysis, and providing recommendations.
  • Handling complex procurement plans, including contract amendments and additions, as well as engaging in negotiations for subcontract modifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, or Supply Chain Management.
  • An in-depth knowledge of medium to high-level complex subcontracts in procurement from various industries, such as mining, utilities, defence, oil and gas, or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
