**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Broadmeadows store.

This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching and developing store staff to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs

• Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations

• Maintaining a high-performance culture within the store team

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives

• Contributing to the development of store initiatives and projects

• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales growth and profitability

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to coach and develop others to achieve their full potential

• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
