Replenishment Specialist Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Replenishment Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To effectively manage the replenishment of products in our fridge and freezer area, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  2. To oversee the movement of goods on and off vehicles, ensuring that all goods are properly labeled and stored.
  3. To verify the weight of goods against invoices, identifying any discrepancies or irregularities.
  4. To conduct regular stocktakes and ensure that all goods are accurately recorded and stored.
  5. To audit incoming goods, checking for quality and accuracy.
  6. To work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
  7. To develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve overall performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a related field, preferably in inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg using manual handling equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle as required.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
