Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled midwife to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Midwives at our hospital enjoy working across various areas of midwifery with a focus on providing current evidence-based care in collaboration with women and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert midwifery care to women of varying ages and cultural backgrounds
- Developing and implementing comprehensive midwifery care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentoring and guiding junior midwives in the provision of midwifery care
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care needs
- Delivering exceptional patient experiences for women and their families
Requirements:
- Current registration as a midwife with a relevant professional body
- Relevant qualifications in midwifery, such as a bachelor's degree or graduate diploma
- Excellent clinical skills and a desire to specialize in birthing and postnatal care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to a family-focused approach to care
