As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Viatris Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your primary responsibility will be to support Operations in achieving compliance goals by working within the site Quality Management System (QMS) to complete deviations, complaints, equipment periodic reviews, and other quality and compliance activities.

You will also be responsible for coaching Operations staff in the successful completion of their quality and compliance activities and delivering improvements in Operations quality and compliance performance. Your duties will include providing guidance, training, and support to the Operations Department in areas such as root cause analysis, report writing, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), trend assessments, and other assigned compliance records or activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of GMP experience and preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previous lean management experience is also desirable.
