About the Role

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Micro Space Merchandiser. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the future of our stores by developing compelling micro space strategies and exceptional planograms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customer-centric layouts and planograms that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Lead the merchandising vision and multi-year strategy for micro spaces across multiple categories.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute category strategy plans and ensure timely ranging.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a micro space-related role or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of intermediate Blue Yonder (Space Planning) capabilities.
