We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As a Rehabilitation Consultant at WorkFocus, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals through work and health.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify potential return-to-work barriers.
  • You will liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop effective outcomes that cater to the needs of all parties involved.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and monitoring exercise programs that facilitate injured employees' safe return to the workforce.
  • You will teach, coach, and motivate clients to adopt healthy lifestyles and self-manage their exercise routines using evidence-based models and clinical reasoning.
  • Our goal is to ensure seamless recovery processes, enabling clients to achieve better health and productivity faster.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications and registration in Exercise Physiology, specifically ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia) certification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
