About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, contributing to a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6-12 months of experience as a Dental Assistant, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for customer service and patient care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • The ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful and light-hearted manner, making their experience at our practice truly special.
