  • Ability to articulate what's needed, with previous experience scaling similar programs.
  • Navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and shifting conversations between technology and business teams.
  • Proven ability to act persistently and urgently on tasks.
  • Multitasking with attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional team-building capabilities.
