Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and X.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and pitch platform-native content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Support content planning and scheduling to ensure timely and consistent posts aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate on creative briefs with the Social Media Manager and content creators for both planned and reactive content.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, audience feedback and engagement opportunities.
  • Engage directly with followers, responding to comments and fostering a strong online community.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, growth) to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in social media planning, scheduling or management a plus.
