We provide comprehensive financial crime risk management solutions across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. We help clients proactively manage key risks including money laundering and terrorism financing, fraud and scams, and bribery and corruption.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-profile F&FC engagements, client relationship management, management and development of consultants within the team and assist with practice and engagement management.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years + experience working in a consulting environment.
  • Understanding of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) Act and Rules.
  • Understanding of fraud, scams and bribery and corruption risks and typologies.
  • Experience with AML/CTF risk management practices, internal control functions and operations, specifically in relation to financial crime metrics and reporting, know your customer (KYC) guidelines, enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD), watchlist screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and investigations.
  • Experience conducting AML/CTF Program Independent Reviews.
  • Understanding of the regulatory technology landscape for AML/CTF, fraud and scams.
  • Experience working with large scale remediation, transformation and regulatory change programs.
  • Experience with fact-finding investigations and coordinating response to large scale regulatory enquiries.
  • Experience with whistleblower management programs.
  • The ability to work with clients to design and implement end-to-end risk management frameworks and processes.
  • Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
