About the Position

This role will see you supporting our members with high-quality food and beverage services at one of Australia's premier golf clubs. You will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to member inquiries">
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards">
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth">
  • Supporting events and functions, including setup, service, and cleanup">
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service">
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
  • A current RSA certificate and Queensland driver's licence">
